For years, I have been able to help those who were looking for inspiration, help or advice. In 2000, I finally decided to play this role fully. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts and my questions about society. I founded Mon Plaisir Equilibre with the aim of sharing my opinions, and it worked for me.
